Richard measures the space and works out the layout with you: the height, where the steps go, how it meets the house.

Agree on the work
The estimate spells out what's included, down to the materials, before any work starts.

Build
The frame goes in first. Then the boards, the steps, and the railing if you've asked for one.
Common questions
- Do you build the whole deck or just the metal frame?
- Either. Richard can build the whole deck, or make the steel frame and leave the boards to your carpenter. Just say which when you ask for an estimate.
