The owner
Work directly with Richard
He spent 40 years as a jeweler before he picked up a welder. The scale changed; the standards didn't. He's an Air Force veteran who worked on radar and electrical systems, and a commercial pilot who has flown 20-passenger hot air balloons. He answers the phone and builds every piece himself.
It started when a contractor friend saw a curved staircase Richard had built and said he only knew three people who could do work like that. The reply: "Well, make that four."
