What we collect

When you submit our "Request a free estimate" form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, service type, project notes, and any photos you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use those details to send Richard Arnold, the owner, an email about your project so he can call you back. If direct sending is unavailable, you can retry or choose to open your email application with the details filled in; that draft is not sent until you send it from your email app. Unsent details remain in the open form for a retry but are not saved after you leave or reload the page. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing emails or newsletters.

Photos are included when the site sends the request directly. If your email application opens instead, you will need to attach the photos yourself before sending.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently use analytics tracking or advertising cookies.
