Richard is THE best! I called him regarding a very fragile piece with a small margin for error and he got back to me almost immediately. He moved heaven and earth to ensure the piece would be ready in time, and even came by the store to pick it up. We've used his services again since then and couldn't be happier! When I needed 2 steps replaced on an outside staircase I cold-called a few welders. I sent Richard some pictures of the job and the things he said about what was needed made me confident that he knew what he was talking about. He quoted me a reasonable price, kept in touch about when he could get the job done, and did great work. He even gave me some very helpful suggestions about future maintenance. Mr. Richard and Adam are excellent. They have both gone above and beyond for our deck replacement. Richard has taken my idea for a 16x16 deck with stairs and turned it into a backyard oasis! I look forward to spending time outside and enjoying this deck! The previous deck had been poorly installed with no anchoring.
I have a medical condition that affects my balance. Richard took the time to learn about myself and my family so that we could build a deck that would work for us not just now but also in the future. First, let me say. When I called Richard, he actually answered his phone and immediately wanted to help. I had a project I needed done. I sent him photos. He set up a time, which was the next day. I explained to him how very ocd i was he listened and assured me of my concerns. He had the job done quickly. And exceeded my expectations. Done a professional job. I would definitely recommend this business. Price was spot on. Not overcharging like many others I had called, and they seemed like they didn't care. No job is too small or too big.
